SAP BTP Developer

Swan IT is currently searching for a SAP BTP Developer to join a client in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of various reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data being reported.


• Resolution of system queries from business users in accordance with the incident resolution process


• Reporting of critical incidents to Finances users via Group IT dashboards.


• Root cause analysis of failures in system processes.


• Collaborating with other SAP specialists and SAP Support Online (OSS Notes) to resolve incidents/problems.


• Involvement and testing during (DR) Disaster Recovery exercises.


• Enhancements and optimization of existing system processes across the landscape.


• Perform change/configuration and customization in accordance with Group IT Governance and policies.


• Documentation of development work and ensuring it is available for knowledge consumption by others within the organization.


• Provide high level consulting and expertise to provide direction on projects and changes.


• Develop and deploy SAP Group Reporting Forms and integrate them with developed workflows.


• Create and manage packages on SAP Group Reporting Data Collection.

Requirements:

• Degree in BSc Computer Sciences or BCom in Finance or Accounting


• Good Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Consolidations


• At least 1 to 2 years of design and development experience in SAP Business Technology Platform Workflow Management Service or other workflow capabilities such as Power Automate


• 1 to 2 years’ experience working on SAP Group Reporting and Group Reporting Data Collection


• 3 years’ development experience on SAP Business Warehouse
