SAP Manager

Calling all SAP Managers looking for a new adventure!

Our retail client is looking for a SAP Manager to lead their SAP team. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience managing and building a technical team consisting of SAP professionals to support and grow our SAP environment.

Responsibilities:

• SAP S/4HANA Finance IT Manager


• Lead, establish and grow the SAP team, including outsourced capabilities


• Drive the implementation and execution of applicable Pepkor procedures, policies and guidelines and the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements


• Governance Risk compliance officer for SAP Soterion


• Oversee business needs definition, recruitment, and establishment of the capability for delivery and provides a cost and operationally effective service.


• Construct and build sustainable contractual agreement with third parties


• Liaise with other business units, internal and external technology supplier teams.


• Deliver the technology fit, and coordinate the involvement of service providers, third parties, and on-site project resources.


• Establish the baseline for the service catalogue.


• Identify and report/escalate to the various heads of departments and/or other appropriate stakeholders any issues or risks that may affect the operations of the capability, and remediate or minimise their effects.·


• Responsible to ensure SLAs are achieved,


• Ensure that consistent and secure frameworks are in place for governance


• Ensure successful upgrades


• Utilise connections where needed in order to deliver

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years SAP management experience


• IT qualification required


• SAP S4Hana functional and technical knowledge


• SAP Finance experience
