Calling all Process Improvement Engineers!
Our client in Stellenbosch is looking for someone to join them to develop, implement, and maintain prioritised process improvement projects, management information frameworks, and company-wide processes for business mapping.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and govern process improvement projects and initiatives
- Develop and monitor management information frameworks
- Determine and track project benefits
- Ensure business process mapping governance
- To manage stakeholder relations
- To lead and manage the people in the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- Registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) will be advantageous
- At least 7 years of relevant business process engineering/business analysis experience
- Hospital or healthcare environment experience is beneficial but not required
- Business Analysis/ Root Cause Analysis Experience
- Advanced Excel Skills essential
- Knowledge of project management Methodology/Techniques such as Lean Six Sigma/ DMAIC
