SAP Finance Manager

Swan iT is searching for a SAP Finance Manager to join a leader in the logistics industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the company’s financial systems and consistently enhance system capabilities; reduce inefficiencies through liaising between finance and IT and assist the end users to define their processes, problems, opportunities and needs and identifying the requirements to solve them.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analysing data, organizing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.


• Perform the role of a ‘process architect’ on projects, in consultation with the business and IT, understands the ‘bigger picture’, and strategic priorities which include the business and IT operating plans.


• To drive and report on financial system compliance through identification of non-compliance and ad hoc data integrity testing.


• To implement control of financial systems by defining authorisation profiles for SAP finance users; ensuring adherence to segregation of duty standards.


• Report, develop, lead, and coordinate responsibilities of cross-functional teams.


• Develop project schedules, identify milestones and deliverables, and ensure that projects are completed on time.


• Performing ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making.


• Utilizing BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.


• Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field


• 3-years knowledge/ hands-on experience of SAP application


• Experience in either the logistics, FMCG, distribution of manufacturing industry will be beneficial


• CIMA or relevant financial qualification can be beneficial, but not essential to have


• Proficiency in SAP S4.


• 4 to 5 years in Finance systems implementations
