Our client in Johannesburg is looking for a skilled Developer to join them. The successful candidate must have strong verbal communication skills and will handle all phases of the SDLC including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain applications using C# within the .NET ecosystem.
- Manage all phases of the SDLC including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Utilize modern frameworks such as ASP.NET Core for backend development and Angular or React for frontend development.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to integrate with various services and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Use version control systems (e.g., GIT) to manage codebase and streamline collaborative development.
- Integrate and manage data using MSSQL.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development practices.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
- At least 3+ years of proven experience in full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks like ASP.NET Core, Angular, and/or React.
- Demonstrated experience handling complete SDLC projects.
- Strong working knowledge of MSSQL and relational database management.
- Proven experience with API development and version control using GIT.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
