Senior WMS Support Specialist (Korber e3PL)

Swan iT is urgently searching for a Senior WMS Support Specialist with experience in Korber e3PL. Our client in the logistics industry is seeking someone to permanently join them in Cape Town.

As the 3PL Support Specialist, your previous proven 3PL systems information systems knowledge will be essential to help drive system efficiency for the warehouses across the group.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information systems will be beneficial


• 4+ years of technical experience working with 3PL products including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and order management systems


• 3+ years of operations experience working in warehousing or a supply chain environment


• 4+ years of working experience working with Korber e3PL, Acellos , High Jump or Warehouse Advantage solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as the knowledgeable secondary advanced support resource for local site system operational issues.


• Performing advanced troubleshooting of order and stock management issues.


• Collaborating with onsite super users of all sites in the group to implement preventative actions based on your findings.


• Assisting with ticket creation, issue escalation, and follow-up with external software vendors on behalf of all sites in the group.


• Assisting in advanced maintenance of warehouse (location) and customer (article) master data where required.


• Identifying process changes, process improvements that can improve business operations and drive their implementation across the business.


• Supporting release management activities by testing new functionality, verifying and documentation of changes, and more.


• Assisting group sites and super users with coordinating reporting requirements for the group.


• Assisting with troubleshooting EDI and integration interfaces between WMS and other systems
